What is your changeover day?

During school summer holidays, we offer 7 or 14 night breaks, with the start of your stay on a Saturday. During the rest of the year, we are pleased to offer flexibility with the option of breaks starting on any day of the week for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

What time will I be able to get into Rosary cottage?

You are welcome to arrive at the cottage any time from 4pm.

What time do I need to vacate Rosary cottage?

Please vacate the cottage no later than 10am on the final day of your stay.

Where do I collect the keys from?

A set of keys will be in the key safe by the front door. You will be sent the code before your arrival.

Are bed sheets and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up prior to your arrival. However, please bring your own travel cot bedding if needed. A bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest, as well as hand towels for each of the bathrooms, tea towels and a set of oven gloves for the kitchen.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, BT Fast Fibre Broadband is provided throughout the cottage. The password can be found on the router and in the information pack.

What facilities do you have for children?

There is a fixed stairgate at the bottom of the stairs and a suction fit stairgate which you can place wherever needed. There is a highchair and travel cot available to use – please bring your own bedding for the travel cot as this is not provided. There is a selection of plastic plates, bowls and cups as well as two sets of children’s cutlery. In the garden there is a children’s table and chairs.

There is a selection of children’s books and board games suitable for all ages, and some garden games including a badminton set. In addition to the Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge, there is a separate seating area in the dining room with a Smart TV and games console and a selection of games to enjoy.

Can I bring my pets with me?

Yes, a maximum of three well behaved pets are welcome at the cottage. Rosary Cottage is a pet friendly cottage and for dogs, we will provide food and water bowls (including a raised feeder), a roll of dog poop bags and some towels to use (as well as a few doggy treats). Please read and note the Pet Rules in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I arrange a food delivery to the holiday cottage?

You are welcome to arrange for a supermarket to deliver food to Rosary cottage. Use the full address which can be found on our Contact Us page and be sure to include your contact details when making your food delivery booking. Please make sure that your delivery is scheduled for after the arrival time, and at a time when you are certain to be there.

 There is an excellent local licenced village store within half a mile from the cottage which stocks a full selection of groceries including a range of locally produced pies and quiches, and the Cook range of prepared meals.

For local produce, there are many specialist shops, farm shops and street markets in the surrounding areas. More information can be found in our detailed information pack in the cottage.
